Provider Resources
Partnering with HMSA is more than just receiving payment for providing services to HMSA members. We offer a variety of information and support resources providers can use, including these automated voice response and online resources:
- Membership Connection – Verify member eligibility and benefits coverage over the phone.
- My Dental Information Manager – Use this secure website to verify member eligibility and benefits coverage, check claims status, graphical tooth charting and access to copies of previous Dental Remittance.
- HMSA Provider E–Library – Go online to www.bshi.net/dental/providers and obtain important information about medical policies, claims filing instructions and other topics, and access necessary business forms (e.g., change of address, add a location, etc.)
For questions that cannot be answered using these resources, Provider Teleservice Representatives and Field Representatives are available to assist providers.
